    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teacher - child relationships on peer competence and peer interaction in 432 infants aged 3-5 years. SPSS WIN 21.0v program, and was verified at significance level p <.05, p <0.1, p <.001. First, there is a significant correlation between teacher - child relationship and peer competence and peer interaction. Second, teacher - child relationship has a significant effect on peer competence. Third, teacher - child relationship has a significant effect on peer interaction. Therefore, teachers should learn social interaction skills in relation with infants, provide experiences to communicate with others in various ways, and establish relationships based on trust to form stable relationships.
